FreeRange PDX is a start-up within Leatherman. They are an idea shop and a product laboratory. Their job is to find and develop product concepts.
Challenge
As a new start-up within a larger organization, FreeRange PDX needed to define itself and share its story with employees. In addition, they needed a message to attract the local inventor community.
Result
The message of a shared journey resonated with the employees and inventor community, attracting dozens of new projects. Several ventures sprouted from the lab, many becoming actual Leatherman and LED Lensor products
